Overview

Before You Send is designed around a simple privacy principle: your messages are not ours to keep. We do not store, log, or retain the content of any message you submit for analysis.

Message processing

When you submit a message, it is sent to Google's Gemini API for processing. The analysis is returned to your browser and displayed. The message content is not stored on our servers at any point. Google's handling of API requests is governed by their privacy policy and API terms of service, available at ai.google.dev/terms.

No accounts or persistent data

Before You Send requires no account creation. We do not collect names, email addresses, or any personally identifying information. There is no user profile, no message history, and no record of your sessions.

Analytics

This site does not currently use third-party analytics or tracking scripts. We do not use cookies for advertising, remarketing, or behavioral tracking.

Cookies

The site uses only essential technical cookies required for the application to function. No advertising or tracking cookies are set.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
